When attempting to install JNBridgePro, the installation fails with a message “This installation package is not supported by the processor type. Contact your product vendor.”

This error appears when you have downloaded the installer for the 64-bit (x64) version of JNBridgePro and you are attempting to run it on a 32-bit machine (or on a 64-bit machine on which you have installed a 32-bit version of Windows). To remedy the problem, download the installer for the 32-bit (x86) version of JNBridgePro, and install that version.
