Software License Agreement
Unless you have entered into another agreement with JNBridge covering a JNBridge software product (a “Product”), the installation and use of all JNBridge Products is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable JNBridge Software License Agreement. You may not utilize any JNBridge Product except as expressly set forth in its Software License Agreement. BY INSTALLING OR USING EACH JNBRIDGE PRODUCT YOU CONSENT TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT APPLICABLE TO THAT JNBRIDGE PRODUCT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THE APPLICABLE SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT, YOU SHOULD DISCONTINUE ALL USE OF THE JNBRIDGE PRODUCT COVERED BY THAT SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT AND RETURN ALL COPIES OF THE JNBRIDGE PRODUCT TO JNBRIDGE.
Support and Maintenance Agreement
Support and maintenance services for each JNBridge Product (“Support and Maintenance”) may be purchased separately. Unless you have entered into another agreement with JNBridge covering Support and Maintenance, all Support and Maintenance is subject to the terms and conditions of the JNBridge Support and Maintenance Agreement (the “Support and Maintenance Agreement”). BY PURCHASING SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE, YOU CONSENT TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THE SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT, YOU SHOULD DISCONTINUE ALL USE OF SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE. EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THE SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT, JNBRIDGE HAS NO OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE SUPPORT OR MAINTENANCE FOR ANY JNBRIDGE PRODUCT.
Note: the Support and Maintenance Agreement above has been revised, effective January 24, 2019, to reflect new support end-of-service terms, below.
