Licensing requests are processed Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mountain Time. If your request has been submitted during these business hours, process time is typically less than two hours – often much less.
If you have submitted the request outside these business hours, note that all license request are elevated to the top of our priority queue and are processed in the order they were received the following business day.
